With continuous improvements in their performance, high-pressure cleaners are becoming increasingly powerful, with greater pressure and enhanced water jet impact force. They are also being applied in cutting applications.
High-pressure cleaning machines are very effective in processing parts using high-pressure water jet technology. They can also be considered for cutting aluminum materials larger than 6mm or steel plates larger than 10mm, such as cutting the exterior and interior decoration of car bodies, linings, glass, plastics, etc. Many foreign companies have already utilized large high-pressure water jet cutting machines to process automotive parts, achieving a cutting precision of 0.127mm for large reinforced fiber-covered parts of buses and other vehicles, demonstrating a very high level of processing accuracy.
Compared to traditional thermal cutting, high-pressure cleaning machines offer lower cutting costs, superior cutting effects, and the ability to adapt to some special cutting requirements. Currently, high-pressure cleaning machine cutting technology in China is just in its infancy, but with more and more industries becoming familiar with this equipment, I believe it will gain widespread adoption.
