The melting furnace adopts fixed-point casting, with high casting accuracy and stable metal flow. The maximum pressure of high-pressure water reaches 100MPA, and the flow rate is 300L/MIN. The core atomization component adopts a multi-functional annular spray disc design, achieving high atomization efficiency. Multiple parameters are controlled through a PLC touch screen.
